HKCCCU Logos Academy (A Direct-subsidy School in Through-train Mode)
Guidelines on Application for Foundation Stage One (Primary One) Admission 2018-2019

	1.	All children who have the right of abode in Hong Kong and were born on or before 31 December 2012 are eligible to apply for admission to 2018-19 Foundation Stage One (FS1) of our school. Mechanism of School Net for Central Allocation does not apply to our school.
	2.	The annual tuition fee for 2016-17 FS1 is currently at $26,040 and are collected in 10 instalments. Adjustments on tuition fees for 2017-18, a proposed rise of about 1.8%, will be processed according to the procedures stipulated by the Education Bureau. Eligible families may apply for fee remission through the Fee Remission Scheme of the school (including those from families receiving the Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) and students receiving financial assistance provided by the Student Financial Assistance Agency (SFAA)). All applications will be kept confidential and will not be used as parts of criteria in the selection process. 	3.	Identical briefing sessions in Cantonese will be held between Mar and Apr 2017. Please visit "News" of our school website for the updated information.
	4.	Deadline for on-line submission of application is on 25 April, 2017.
	5.	All applicants will be invited by electronic mail to participate in a group interview which will be held on 20 May or 27 May, 2017. Shortlisted applicants and their parents will be arranged for a second interview. Details of interview will be notified in due course. For admission criteria, please visit our school website.
	6.	An application fee of HK$50 will be required.
	7.	In 2018-19, we plan to have six classes in FS1. Successful applicants who decide to accept our admission offers will not be allocated any Primary One place through the EDB's Primary One Admission System. For school information, please visit the school website: http://www.logosacademy.edu.hk

2018-2019 學年 基階一年級（小一）入學申請須知

	1.	凡於 2012年12月31日或以前出生的本港兒童，均可申請入讀本校 2018-19 年度基階一年級。本校全港招生，不受校網限制。
	2.	2016-17年度基階一年級全年學費為 $26,040 ，分 10 期繳交。本校已按教育局既定程序申請增加2017-18年度之學費(增幅約1.8%)，申請正待教育局批核。本校設有學費減免計劃供合資格的家庭申請（包括綜援家庭及領取學生資助辦事處財政資助的學生），一切申請均作保密處理，亦不會視作甄選學生的準則。詳情請參考本校網頁(http://www.logosacademy.edu.hk/tw/forms-download/)內之「學費減免資格評估申請指引」或向本校校務處查詢 ( 電話 : 2337 2126 )。
	3.	本校將於2017年3至4月舉行數場內容相同的入學簡介會，詳情請留意本校網址之最新消息。
	4.	網上入學申請截止日期為2017年4月25日。
	5.	本校將透過電郵方式邀請申請人參加小組面見活動。面見活動將於 2017 年 5 月 20 日或 5 月 27 日舉行。校方將會按小組面見結果，邀請通過初選的學生及其家長個別面見，面見詳情容後通知。有關收生準則，請參閱本校網址。
	6.	報名費為港幣50元正。
